Scott is a leading expert on privacy-safe attribution technology and digital data collection. He brings more than three decades of engineering and operational experience, creating scalable, low latency, and resilient platforms and applications. Most recently he led the creation of the first privacy-safe, online-to-offline attribution system (O2O) with J.D. Power. Nearly every automotive brand has utilized O2O to provide an unbiased measurement of campaign and web site performance.
