About the Role

We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in, move quickly, and help our clients win.

You’ll be the go-to partner for your clients – guiding them from first login to long-term success. Think onboarding, adoption, problem-solving, upsell, and renewals. Your mission: make sure every client gets maximum value from Aqfer while spotting opportunities to grow the relationship. You’ll play a key part in helping to drive adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and build lasting relationships that fuel client growth and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive client success – Get clients onboarded and delivering ROI fast
  • Enable adoption and learning – Run training sessions and share best practices that actually stick
  • Build lasting relationships – Be a trusted advisor who can develop relationships that lead to renewals, expansions, and customer referrals.
  • Advocate for clients – Represent customer feedback internally – be the client’s voice inside Aqfer (and make sure it’s heard).
  • Problem-solve, creatively – maintain momentum and client satisfaction by being solution-oriented.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS (AdTech, MarTech, or Big Data a huge plus)
  • Experience in setting account strategy and driving revenue growth through renewals and upsells
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product + engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a talent for simplifying complex ideas
  • Skilled at partnering with cross-functional teams to influence deals and deliver results
  • Highly effective project management skills — able to prioritize, organize, and deliver against deadlines
  • Empathy for clients and their pain points, paired with a love of growth and results.
  • Tech-savvy (e.g. APIs, HTTP, JavaScript – or at least curious and quick to learn)
